I am using a thermal camera and measuring the hottest visible point on each stepper motor.
The displayed values are in Fahrenheit.
The fans on the stepper motors all run as soon as Learn_Mode is OFF.
All fans stop when Learn_Mode is ON (though maybe they should continue to run until units are cooled down).
