Gripper 1 motor (XL-320) is not responding to commands, and Niryo One Studio shows an error code of 1 at the hardware status page. The LED on the motor is also off, and the motor gives a weird smell indicative of a bad thing. ):
Error 1 on Dxl XL-320 motors is usually happening because of 2 reasons: either the motor is not correctly assembled (for example a 90° offset from the zero position), or the motor is not correctly configured.
The motor was working fine at first. However, it was unable to properly grip and carry an item, so we went to the .yaml file and changed the gripper’s holding torque. Could this have caused the issue by burning out the motor?
