I’ve been trying to get our Niryo One up and running, but have been running into issues on the auto calibration.
As in the Niryo videos, the arm will begin turning in a direction until reaching the maximum turn for motor 3, then it will stop moving. After about 10-15 seconds, it will ‘finish’ calibration with the log ‘Motor 3 had calibration timeout’. I’ve been playing around with the belts not being tense enough, or the pulley not being tighten, but to no luck.
I have managed to tighten the belt enough that the arm couldn’t turn even 90 degrees around.
What are my next steps for debugging this issue?
