I’ve been working with Niryo One developing in ROS. I’m able to control other axes with an XBOX 360 controller as stated in the manual. But i’m unable to open or close the gripper with x/b buttons.
roslaunch niryo_one_bringup rpi_setup.launch
rosservice call /niryo_one/calibrate_motors “value: 1”
and then enable Joystick, but still fail to actuate the gripper
I’ve also tried:
rosservice call /niryo_one/change_tool “value: 11”
(11 for gripper 1)
Was able to open/close gripper via niryo one studio (so it’s definitely not a hardware problem)
Still cannot do the same with ROS
