Entre l\u2019augmentation de la complexit\u00e9 des produits, la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9lais de mise sur le march\u00e9 et l\u2019essor du travail \u00e0 distance, les m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles atteignent leurs limites.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les logiciels de CAO install\u00e9s localement, bien que puissants, montrent aujourd\u2019hui certaines faiblesses : manque de collaboration en temps r\u00e9el, difficult\u00e9s de gestion des versions, d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 des infrastructures lourdes\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Face \u00e0 ces enjeux, une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019outils collaboratifs \u00e9merge. Et comment am\u00e9liore-t-il concr\u00e8tement le m\u00e9tier de la conception m\u00e9canique ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En prol\u00e9gom\u00e8nes, d\u00e9finissons le m\u00e9tier de conception m\u00e9canique.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un ing\u00e9nieur en conception m\u00e9canique a deux missions principales : imaginer les produits de demain et proposer des am\u00e9liorations continues sur les produits existants. Chez Niryo ces missions s\u2019incarnent pour la partie hardware dans :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u2019architecture des robots Ned 2 et Ned 3 Pro<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la transmission de puissance<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la transmission de mouvements<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les projets s\u2019orchestrent en 4 temps : calculs,conception, prototypage et tests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour r\u00e9ussir un projet de conception, il faut prendre en compte les enjeux de trois parties prenantes :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les utilisateurs finaux : usage<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">le constructeur : faisabilit\u00e9, qualit\u00e9, co\u00fbt, d\u00e9lai<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les \u00e9quipes montage : efficacit\u00e9 et simplicit\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chez Niryo, les ing\u00e9nieurs de conception m\u00e9canique travaillent en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les \u00e9quipes \u00e9lectronique, logiciel et process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les limites des m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles en conception m\u00e9canique<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les trois principaux d\u00e9fis que posent les m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles de travail sont : la gestion des fichiers et les risques d&rsquo;erreurs corollaires, la difficult\u00e9 de collaborer en simultan\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs sur un projet donn\u00e9 et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de disposer d\u2019\u00e9quipements hardware on\u00e9reux (postes de travail puissants, serveur d\u00e9di\u00e9 pour le stockage, etc..)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les logiciels de CAO classiques reposent sur des fichiers stock\u00e9s localement ou sur un serveur interne. Chaque modification g\u00e9n\u00e8re une nouvelle version, et il devient vite difficile de savoir qui travaille sur la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9vision. Cela entra\u00eene :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des doublons<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">des pertes de temps<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et parfois m\u00eame des erreurs de fabrication co\u00fbteuses<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque plusieurs ing\u00e9nieurs travaillent sur le m\u00eame projet, ils doivent souvent se transmettre des fichiers par email ou via des syst\u00e8mes PDM (Product Data Management) lourds \u00e0 administrer. R\u00e9sultat : la collaboration est fragment\u00e9e, surtout si les \u00e9quipes sont dispers\u00e9es g\u00e9ographiquement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les licences logicielles classiques n\u00e9cessitent des postes de travail puissants, des mises \u00e0 jour r\u00e9guli\u00e8res et une maintenance informatique. Cela peut repr\u00e9senter un co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9 et freiner l\u2019agilit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes, notamment dans les PME ou les startups.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faire mieux son m\u00e9tier : pourquoi les outils collaboratifs sont devenus indispensables<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les outils collaboratifs offrent une r\u00e9ponse adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 ces nouvelles exigences en permettant :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">un travail en temps r\u00e9el<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">une centralisation des donn\u00e9es<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">une r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9lais de communication.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Niryo a fait le choix du logiciel Onshape. C\u2019est une solution cloud native. Les mod\u00e8les 3D sont stock\u00e9s dans le cloud, accessibles via un simple navigateur web. Chaque membre de l\u2019\u00e9quipe voit instantan\u00e9ment les modifications apport\u00e9es par les autres.
