Elle s\u2019impose d\u00e9sormais comme <b>un crit\u00e8re industriel rationnel<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pour les acteurs de la D\u00e9fense, de l\u2019a\u00e9ronautique ou du spatial, <b style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">choisir des technologies souveraines<\/b>, c\u2019est avant tout garantir la continuit\u00e9 de leurs op\u00e9rations et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de leurs donn\u00e9es sensibles.<\/p>\n<p>Cette exigence s\u2019exprime d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans le num\u00e9rique et l\u2019intelligence artificielle.<\/p>\n<p>En janvier 2026, la start-up <b>Mistral AI<\/b> a sign\u00e9 un <b>partenariat strat\u00e9gique avec le minist\u00e8re des Arm\u00e9es<\/b> afin de \u00ab garantir la souverainet\u00e9 et l\u2019excellence technologique de la d\u00e9fense fran\u00e7aise \u00bb (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.usinenouvelle.com\/technos-et-innovations\/ia\/ia-generative\/le-ministere-des-armees-poursuit-son-offensive-dans-lia-generative-en-se-tournant-vers-la-start-up-francaise-mistral.MADF2P2FG5FXVO4PWFSBVALWUU.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">L\u2019Usine Nouvelle &#8211; 09\/01\/2026<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Quelques jours plus tard, <b>Dassault Aviation<\/b> annon\u00e7ait sa participation \u00e0 une <b>lev\u00e9e de fonds de 200 millions d\u2019euros<\/b> pour la start-up <b>Harmattan AI<\/b>, d\u00e9di\u00e9e au d\u00e9veloppement de mod\u00e8les d\u2019intelligence artificielle souverains (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesechos.fr\/start-up\/deals\/notre-role-sera-de-developper-la-coordination-et-la-collaboration-intelligente-du-drone-de-combat-avec-le-futur-rafale-f5-le-nouveau-monde-dharmattan-ai-2209402\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Les Echos &#8211; 13\/01\/2026<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Mais cette qu\u00eate d\u2019autonomie ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas au num\u00e9rique : elle s\u2019\u00e9tend d\u00e9sormais aux <b>technologies physiques<\/b>.\u00a0Car sans ma\u00eetrise de la production, du mat\u00e9riel et des syst\u00e8mes, la souverainet\u00e9 reste incompl\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Une robotique sous contrainte : conformit\u00e9, s\u00e9curit\u00e9, tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>La robotique entre dans une \u00e8re de maturit\u00e9 r\u00e9glementaire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Deux cadres structurent cette transformation :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Le <b>Cyber Resilience Act (UE)<\/b>, entr\u00e9 en vigueur le <b>10 d\u00e9cembre 2024<\/b>, impose de nouvelles obligations de <b>cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de maintien logiciel \u00e0 long terme<\/b>. D\u00e8s 2027, tout produit connect\u00e9 devra garantir un <b>niveau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 document\u00e9<\/b>, la <b>tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des composants<\/b> et la <b>gestion des vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9s<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">La <b>norme ISO 10218:2025<\/b> modernise la <i>safety<\/i> des robots industriels et \u00e9tablit un <b>pont explicite avec la cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/b>, int\u00e9grant la <b>protection contre les acc\u00e8s non autoris\u00e9s et les attaques r\u00e9seau<\/b>, en lien avec le standard <b>IEC 62443<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ces exigences concernent aussi la <b>protection des donn\u00e9es manipul\u00e9es par les syst\u00e8mes robotiques<\/b>.<br \/>\nLes robots collectent et traitent des informations sensibles : donn\u00e9es de production, de maintenance, parfois m\u00eame des donn\u00e9es clients.<\/p>\n<p>Garantir leur <b>confidentialit\u00e9 et leur h\u00e9bergement sur le territoire europ\u00e9en<\/b> devient une composante majeure de la souverainet\u00e9 num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9sormais, la valeur d\u2019un robot ne r\u00e9side plus uniquement dans sa pr\u00e9cision m\u00e9canique, mais dans sa <b>s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/b>, sa <b>capacit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9volution logicielle<\/b> et sa <b>conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Autrement dit, la <b>robotique n\u2019est plus neutre<\/b> : elle engage la responsabilit\u00e9 des fabricants et des int\u00e9grateurs sur la dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>La robotique souveraine, moteur silencieux de la D\u00e9fense<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>La D\u00e9fense conna\u00eet une <b>phase d\u2019expansion et de diversification sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent<\/b>.<br \/>\n\u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des g\u00e9ants historiques comme Airbus, Thales, Safran, ou Dassault, une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019acteurs industriels \u00e9merge dans la <b>cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/b>, le <b>logiciel<\/b> et la <b>robotique<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Selon <i>The Conversation<\/i>, (<a href=\"https:\/\/theconversation.com\/des-geants-de-larmement-aux-start-up-du-logiciel-le-secteur-de-la-defense-en-pleine-transformation-273707\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Article Janvier 2026<\/a>), cette \u00e9volution marque une \u201cm\u00e9tamorphose structurelle\u201d o\u00f9 la coop\u00e9ration entre PME et grands groupes devient un moteur d\u2019innovation.<\/p>\n<p>Des entreprises comme <b>Shark Robotics<\/b> qui a livr\u00e9 <b>40 robots Colossus \u00e0 l\u2019Ukraine<\/b> pour des missions critiques (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.usine-digitale.fr\/intelligence-artificielle\/robotique\/ukraine-la-start-up-francaise-shark-robotics-livre-40-robots-colossus-pour-lutter-contre-les-incendies.SHDII7HMD5HPHLLBZF3MKWYNRA.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">L\u2019Usine Digitale, 2024<\/a>) ou <b>Renault<\/b>, engag\u00e9 dans la production de <b>drones de combat<\/b> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lesechos.fr\/industrie-services\/air-defense\/renault-sassocie-a-turgis-gaillard-pour-produire-des-drones-militaires-2210616\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Les Echos &#8211;
