Si la France produit autant d&#8217;emballages, c&rsquo;est notamment parce que la plupart des produits doivent \u00eatre emball\u00e9s avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre utilis\u00e9s par les consommateurs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">Dans le\u00a0<em>Les biens de consommation \u00e0 rotation rapide<\/em>\u00a0champ, vous pouvez r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer\u00a0<strong>trois phases de conditionnement diff\u00e9rentes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Emballage primaire<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Emballage secondaire<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Emballage sous contrat<\/strong>\u00a0(\u00e9galement appel\u00e9 co-packing)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"wp-block-spacer\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emballage primaire<\/h2>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">Le plus\u00a0<strong>Emballage primaire<\/strong>\u00a0Consiste en\u00a0<strong>conditionner les produits nus<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>pendant la phase de fabrication<\/strong>, tel que,\u00a0<strong>poitrines de poulet emball\u00e9es dans des barquettes scell\u00e9es<\/strong>ou<strong>\u00a0shampoing en bouteilles<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">Cette phase vise \u00e0\u00a0<strong>prot\u00e9ger le produit de son environnement<\/strong>, en lui conf\u00e9rant, la plupart du temps, un\u00a0<strong>p\u00e9riode de conservation plus longue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emballage secondaire<\/h2>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">Une fois les produits nus conditionn\u00e9s, c&rsquo;est, la plupart du temps,\u00a0<strong>n\u00e9cessaire de les emballer dans un emballage adapt\u00e9 au transport<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les produits peuvent \u00eatre emball\u00e9s de plusieurs mani\u00e8res\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In\u00a0<strong>cartons<\/strong>: bo\u00eetes en carton \u00e0 rabats (aussi appel\u00e9es \u00ab<em>caisses am\u00e9ricaines<\/em>\u00bb), cartons sans rabats, barquettes, cartons pr\u00eats \u00e0 la vente\u2026 La plupart du temps, les cartons sont palettis\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>In\u00a0<strong>l\u2019affichage<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>en magasin<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>l&#8217;emballage<\/strong>: c&rsquo;est un support promotionnel que l&rsquo;on trouve en magasin. Voici quelques conseils utiles\u00a0:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9finissez vos besoins (<em>blessures musculo-squelettiques, retour sur investissement<\/em>, agilit\u00e9, taux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, r\u00e9duction de la d\u00e9pendance de la main d\u2019\u0153uvre, standardisation\u2026)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">Il faut absolument\u00a0<strong>d\u00e9finir les attentes d&rsquo;un projet d&rsquo;automatisation<\/strong>. En effet, le retour sur investissement \u00e9tant, la plupart du temps, le premier levier de d\u00e9cision,\u00a0<strong>de nombreux autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments doivent \u00eatre pris en compte<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">Parmi eux,\u00a0<strong>rendre moins p\u00e9nibles certains postes de travail difficiles<\/strong>\u00a0(blessures musculo-squelettiques, accidents du travail, \u2026) est extr\u00eamement importante pour le\u00a0<strong>retour sur investissement<\/strong>. En effet, selon l&rsquo;assurance maladie mondiale fran\u00e7aise, dans le domaine industriel,<strong>\u00a012,6% des travailleurs sont en arr\u00eat maladie \u00e0 cause de troubles musculo-squelettiques<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>une fois par an<\/strong>. Un mal de dos provoque, en moyenne, 2 mois d&rsquo;arr\u00eat de travail.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cr\u00e9er une cartographie des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences trait\u00e9es et des processus utilis\u00e9s<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">Certaines lignes de conditionnement traitent\u00a0<strong>diff\u00e9rents types de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0<strong>permettre le conditionnement des produits de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res<\/strong>. Ces diff\u00e9rents proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication\u00a0<strong>besoin d&rsquo;une certaine flexibilit\u00e9 des outils de fabrication<\/strong>\u00a0et, ainsi, du\u00a0<strong>l&rsquo;automatisation<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>SOLUTIONS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">Pour ce faire, il faut\u00a0<strong>prendre en compte chaque r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et processus<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0\u00a0<strong>trouver des solutions adapt\u00e9es aux diff\u00e9rents besoins<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Calculer le temps d&rsquo;ouverture pour chaque processus<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">Pour conna\u00eetre la rentabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un projet d&rsquo;automatisation, il faut\u00a0<strong>calculer le temps d&rsquo;ouverture de ligne de chaque proc\u00e9d\u00e9 industriel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gt-block\"><strong>Par exemple:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La ligne 5 permet de conditionner trois lots de d\u00e9odorants diff\u00e9rents gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 deux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s. En effet, un\u00a0<strong>Un robot SCARA ou DELTA \u00e0 grande vitesse serait bien plus adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 un taux d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>les robots collaboratifs conviendraient mieux \u00e0 des rythmes plus lents<\/strong>.
