Les cobots ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour assister les humains dans des t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives ou complexes tout en garantissant un haut niveau de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pourquoi est-il important de s\u00e9curiser les Cobots ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les robots traditionnels sont <strong>connus et utilis\u00e9s pour leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 effectuer des t\u00e2ches r\u00e9p\u00e9titives<\/strong> \u00e0 une <strong>cadence tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e<\/strong>, ce qui leur conf\u00e8re <strong>une grande efficacit\u00e9<\/strong>.\u00a0 Cette cadence \u00e9lev\u00e9e implique n\u00e9anmoins des mouvements \u00e0 grande vitesse qui peuvent blesser les travailleurs autour du robot. Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;installer une enceinte cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e autour de celui-ci, afin de <strong>supprimer le danger potentiel<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les Cobots sont des robots particuliers sur lesquels sont install\u00e9s <strong>des capteurs suppl\u00e9mentaires capables d&rsquo;anticiper la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un op\u00e9rateur dans une zone pr\u00e9cise<\/strong> et <strong>capables de s&rsquo;arr\u00eater en cas de contact<\/strong>. Cette fonction permet une collaboration \u00e9troite entre le robot et les humains. La limite de vitesse, l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration et la force du robot sont \u00e9galement fix\u00e9es par la norme cobotique ISO TS 15066, ce qui permet \u00e0 l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur de travailler en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans la zone d&rsquo;action du robot. Contrairement aux robots industriels, les Cobots ne n\u00e9cessitent pas l\u2019installation d&rsquo;une enceinte grillag\u00e9e, ce qui r\u00e9duit le co\u00fbt de la solution ainsi que l&rsquo;espace requis.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Cette couche suppl\u00e9mentaire d&rsquo;intelligence rend le robot s\u00fbr pour les op\u00e9rateurs et les personnes environnantes<\/strong>. Cependant, certains risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;outil ou au processus subsistent (par exemple, station de d\u00e9coupe ou de soudage). Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire de respecter les r\u00e8gles strictes en vigueur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Un contr\u00f4le strict et s\u00fbr<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afin de prendre en compte ces risques, <strong>la directive europ\u00e9enne Machine 2006\/42\/CE<\/strong> encadre et contr\u00f4le l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration des solutions robotiques dans les processus industriels. Elle assure la normalisation des mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 mises en place lors de la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;une solution robotique.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Certaines normes internationales, notamment les normes ISO 10218-1 et 10218-2, visent \u00e0 soutenir les fabricants et les int\u00e9grateurs dans le respect des exigences strictes de la Directive Machines.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Des plans d&rsquo;action pr\u00e9cis<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces normes conduisent \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de plans d&rsquo;action s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les fabricants et les int\u00e9grateurs de cobots. Conform\u00e9ment aux principes de pr\u00e9vention de la directive Machines, <strong>une analyse de risque document\u00e9e doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e<\/strong> d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de la conception afin de cr\u00e9er une cellule robotique s\u00fbre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette analyse de risque <strong>permet de choisir un Cobot adapt\u00e9 aux besoins de l&rsquo;entreprise et de r\u00e9duire suffisamment ou d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer le risque<\/strong> en connaissant les limites du Cobot pour<strong> prot\u00e9ger les utilisateurs<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il existe deux niveaux de s\u00e9curisation d&rsquo;une cellule robotis\u00e9e :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sur les caract\u00e9ristiques du Cobot<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il est possible de <strong>r\u00e9gler la vitesse, l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration et la force du Cobot<\/strong> afin qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;arr\u00eate suffisamment vite. Mais ces sp\u00e9cifications <strong>ont un impact direct sur les performances<\/strong> de la solution. Une r\u00e9duction de la vitesse peut en effet entra\u00eener une limitation de la cadence et donc cr\u00e9er une perte de productivit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sur l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement du Cobot<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il existe diff\u00e9rents types d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements permettant de maintenir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des op\u00e9rateurs travaillant avec des robots collaboratifs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parmi ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, on peut trouver, du plus au moins invasif :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Les cages \/ cl\u00f4tures<\/strong> : c&rsquo;est le plus utilis\u00e9 dans la robotique traditionnelle.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Le rideau lumineux<\/strong> : c&rsquo;est une solution compos\u00e9e de faisceaux lumineux capables de d\u00e9tecter la pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;un op\u00e9rateur dans une zone d\u00e9finie. Cette zone doit \u00eatre d\u00e9finie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 de multiples barri\u00e8res, tangibles ou non, et rarement franchie afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter un arr\u00eat involontaire de la production.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> scrutateur laser<\/strong> (aussi appel\u00e9 capteur Lidar) : c&rsquo;est un syst\u00e8me lumineux permettant de fixer une ou plusieurs zones \u00e0 175\u00b0 autour d&rsquo;un point d\u00e9fini et immobile. Si cette zone est atteinte, la fonction de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du robot est activ\u00e9e.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Capteur de couple \/ force<\/strong> : cette derni\u00e8re solution consiste \u00e0 utiliser les capteurs de couple du robot ou \u00e0 en ajouter au robot. Cette solution ne peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e que sur des cadences l\u00e9g\u00e8res.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comment mettre en \u0153uvre un robot s\u00fbr ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En tant que client, vous pouvez travailler avec un int\u00e9grateur pour concevoir un poste de travail robotis\u00e9 s\u00e9curis\u00e9. Ce dernier travaille d\u00e9j\u00e0 avec <strong>des organismes de contr\u00f4le et d&rsquo;assistance d\u00e9di\u00e9s<\/strong> (tels que l&rsquo;APAVE, le Bureau Veritas ou le CETIM).
