En ce qui concerne les unit\u00e9s, le nombre total de robots pleinement op\u00e9rationnels passera de 1,6 million d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s aujourd&rsquo;hui \u00e0 2,6 millions d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s en 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces chiffres montrent une tendance significative \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration dans le d\u00e9veloppement des robots.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c0 quoi ressemblent les robots industriels ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un robot industriel est compos\u00e9 de trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments principaux :<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La m\u00e9canique, qui repr\u00e9sente ce que l&rsquo;on voit r\u00e9ellement du robot. Cette partie est importante pour la pr\u00e9cision, la vitesse et la charge utile du robot.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> L&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique permet au syst\u00e8me de commande de piloter tous les moteurs et d&rsquo;obtenir des informations sur l&rsquo;environnement \u00e0 partir des capteurs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> L&rsquo;informatique, qui rend le robot \u00ab\u00a0intelligent\u00a0\u00bb en permettant la collaboration avec l&rsquo;environnement du robot et l&rsquo;utilisateur.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, les robots ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s pour des t\u00e2ches tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifiques. Cette solution est l&rsquo;une des plus simples et des moins ch\u00e8res. Par exemple, les robots cart\u00e9siens sont bien con\u00e7us pour l&rsquo;impression 3D. Cependant, en raison de l&rsquo;absence de gestion de l&rsquo;orientation, les cas d&rsquo;utilisation sont quelque peu limit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Robots \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux de libert\u00e9 :<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un robot \u00e0 plusieurs degr\u00e9s de libert\u00e9 (multi-DOF) poss\u00e8de plus d&rsquo;articulations et plus d&rsquo;axes. Une configuration bien connue est celle d&rsquo;un robot dot\u00e9 de 3 axes pour le d\u00e9placement et de 3 axes orienter l&rsquo;outil d&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 (6 degr\u00e9s de libert\u00e9). Le robot peut atteindre n&rsquo;importe quel point avec n&rsquo;importe quelle orientation donn\u00e9e. Cette solution est plus adapt\u00e9e aux op\u00e9rations multit\u00e2ches et complexes, bien que le prix soit plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Les cas d&rsquo;utilisation des robots polaires sont infinis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Robot SCARA :<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un robot SCARA est un m\u00e9lange des deux types de robots mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessus. Il peut se d\u00e9placer sur trois axes (X, Y, Z) mais dispose d&rsquo;un axe suppl\u00e9mentaire pour orienter l&rsquo;effecteur dans une direction.
