We offered a turnkey solution to automate end-of-line quality control :
- 2 x Ned 3 Pro / table to keep up the pace.
- 5-position suction cup for 30 ml bottles.
- 7 position suction cup for 15 ml bottles.
- Linear guide system with manual adjustment.
- Referencing table attached to the end of the existing conveyor.
All with a single point of contact to carry out the entire project, allowing for real efficiency and an unequivocal scope of responsibility.

- Different cartons depending on 15 or 30 ml.
- Installation of spacer between the lines.
- Speed: 50 vials/minute, continuous line operation.
- 2×8 operation.
- Constraint not to modify the production tool and the distribution tables.
