Garantieverlängerung

Bedingungen für die Inanspruchnahme der Garantie und deren Erweiterung.

Roboter und Zubehör kommen mit einer einjährigen Hersteller- und Anbietergarantie ab dem auf dem Lieferschein vermerkten Empfangsdatum.

Die maximale Dauer der Herstellergarantie beträgt 36 Monate.

Der Kunde kann eine Verlängerung um 12 oder 24 Monate ab dem ursprünglichen Kauf beantragen.

Innerhalb des ersten Jahres nach Lieferung (bis zum Ende des 11. Monats) kann der Kunde eine Garantieverlängerung um bis zu 24 Monate beantragen.

Innerhalb des zweiten Jahres nach Lieferung (bis zum Ende des 23. Monats) kann der Kunde eine Garantieverlängerung um bis zu 12 Monate beantragen.

Niryo kann einen Erweiterungsantrag ablehnen, wenn dieser als ungeeignet erachtet wird und die Hardware und/oder Software beeinträchtigt hat.

Umfang der Hersteller- und Anbietergarantie.

Niryo bietet für alle seine Roboter eine 1-jährige Hersteller- und Anbietergarantie auf folgende Elemente:

  • Der 6-achsige Arm
  • Der Förderer


Die Garantie deckt Folgendes ab:

  • Beschädigung der Ausrüstung bei Lieferung
  • Eine Fehlfunktion der Hardware oder Software
  • Abweichung der Hardware- oder Softwareleistung von den Spezifikationen
  • Schäden an der Hardware, die nicht durch normalen Gebrauch entstanden sind
  • Zugriffsprobleme auf die Software oder Plattform

Eingesetzte Mittel und Ausschlüsse.

Die Mittel, die zur Lösung der Probleme eingesetzt werden, liegen im Ermessen von Niryo und können unter anderem Folgendes umfassen:

  • Austausch eines oder mehrerer Teile
  • Austausch eines kompletten Geräts
  • Reparatur von Teilen in der Werkstatt und deren Rücksendung
  • Bereitstellung einer Ersatzlösung für die Software
  • Fernwartung und Bereitstellung eines Patches zur Behebung des Problems


Folgendes wird nicht von der Hersteller- und Anbietergarantie abgedeckt:

  • Absichtliche Beschädigungen
  • Schäden, die auf eine schlechte Wartung der Ausrüstung zurückzuführen sind
  • Beschädigungen, die auf nicht konforme Änderungen an der Ausrüstung zurückzuführen sind
  • Für Software: Verwendung von Technologie- und Engineering-Komponenten, die nicht von Niryo unterstützt werden
