And any activity or service around those technologies
The customer declares having accepted the Terms and Conditions before completing an order.
Validating your order means that you accept the Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 3 : Price
The prices of all the products are displayed in euros (€) without taxes.
When ordering from outside France, the customer is the one who is importing the products he/she is buying. For any product shipped outside European Union, the invoice shows the price without taxes. The customer is responsible for any importing tax in his/her own country/state.
Shipping price is not included in products price. It is calculated on checkout and displayed before completing the order.
ARTICLE 4 : Products disponibility
Products disponibility is often updated on our website.
If you ordered a product not available after the validation of your order, you will be informed immediately. We will inform you about the shipping delay.

You can order our products directly on our website or by email (sales@niryo.com) To order on our website, pick the products you want and add them into your cart.

You will receive a confirmation email for your order, on the email address that you indicated when you registered.
The products ownership transfer will only take place after the full payment of your order.
ARTICLE 6 : Shipping
We ship worldwide. We ship exclusively to the shipping address given by the client.
Products will be shipped by a special transporter. The shipping cost and transporter will vary depending on the shipping address and the ordered products.
Shipping delay is an estimate. It can evolve due to some factors: our carrier availability, order processing, etc.
ARTICLE 7 : Payment methods
Several payment methods are accepted. As a client, you can pay via credit or debit card, Paypal, and direct bank transfer.
We accept payments with credit and debit cards. Online payment is secured.
We require a full payment to validate the order.
ARTICLE 8 : Right of withdrawal
As soon as you receive your product, you have a 14 days right of withdrawal.
Note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, and products made accordingly to your own specific indications. Are excluded from the right of withdrawal, products that are perishable, which are not subject to shipping (ex: downloads), or which can be deteriorated.

The returned product must be in its original packaging and in a perfect condition. Packaging can be open and product used, as long as we are able to sell it again.
ARTICLE 9 : Guarantee and return policy
You get a conformity guarantee according to the law (article L211-4 of “Code de la consommation”)
The guarantee is applicable to our new products having a defective character (lacking of some functionality, lack of characteristics displayed online, product not working normally, product not working at all), and this without any other guarantee under contract. In a case of a conformity problem, we commit to :

Repair the product in a 30 days time frame, without additional cost
If we fail to honor the guarantee, we commit to refund the total price to you, or a part of the price if you decide to keep the product.
In case of a hidden defect on your product, which was here before you completed your order, we commit to repair, replace, or refund your order in a short time.

We reserve the right to change our Terms and Conditions at any time. In that case, the applicable Terms and Conditions when a client orders a product is the Terms and Conditions of the day the order was validated.
