Biolabo is a laboratory with fewer than 50 employees specializing in the development, manufacturing and marketing of reagents, analyzers and antibodies. One of the most repetitive tasks consists of filling trays of 255 vials with a formula dispensed by a pump with pen. This task represents more than 400 hours per year.
Niryo's solution
The customer programmed and configured his robot independently.
The Ned 3 Pro made it possible to eliminate this task for laboratory technicians with a payback of the investment in less than a year. In addition, with a repeatability of <0.3 mm, the cobot always dispenses the exact dose in fifteen lines of seventeen vials, guaranteeing precision, reliability and efficiency.
